Frances Plouffe Obituary
AGE: 76 • Wilmington
Passed peacefully on her 76th birthday - Saturday, March 8 - surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Wilmington, DE, to the late Evelyn (McGee) and James Clayton Vincent, Fran was a gifted artist with a fierce intellect and generous heart.
Frances was predeceased by her loving husband James Plouffe. She is survived by her five children; Kyle Miller, Kami Miller, David Plouffe (Olivia Morgan), Mike Plouffe (Marcy), and Liz Plouffe Jordan (Alex). Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild as well as relatives in the Vincent, McGee, and Munoz families.
The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation at the MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808 on Thursday March 13 from 11 AM to Noon. A short internment at All Saints Cemetery, Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington will follow. Friends are warmly invited to join the family afterward to help them celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests performing an act of kindness for another in Fran's memory.

On behalf of the entire Conlin family, I would like to send our words of sympathy. Your mother and I got to know each other many years ago as she helped my daughter put a miniature dollhouse together. We went to many craft shows and had many lunches together. I wish I had continued to spend more time with her. I will not be able to make the visitation - please know you are all in my prayers.

Sending prayers to you and your family. Thank you Fran for persuading me into trying Seasons crabcakes! I remember going back and forth with you a bit, adamant that a pizza place could not have such delicious crab cakes but you proved me wrong :-)) thanks for raising such an amazing daughter.
