Age 59, transitioned on August 27th. Jackie will be missed by her husband, Parris Higgs and her son, Parris Ridgeway-Higgs.
Viewing will take place on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 9-11 am, at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 201 N. Union St., Wilmington, DE. Celebration of Life will follow the viewing at 11am.
In the interest of public health, masks and social distancing is required. Services are private and by invitation only.
