Just read in the paper about the loss of your Mom. Very sorry to hear for all. She was a great friend to our Mom Liz Ryan, she threw a bridal shower for Amy and I 27 + years ago. Sending love and prayers from Kingston to the entire Powers Family from the Ryan Family. Bob & Amy and family and our Mom Liz too.

Anna May and Bob were our wonderful neighbors in West Hurley. Nice family - Hank had their kids in school and we all belonged to St Johns. Many fond memories - our love to Michael, Judi, Nancy and Ann Marie. Hank & Mary Boucher

Anna May was a great friend and colleague at West Hurley School. I remember the Powers children as wonderful 3d, 4th and 5th graders. I am so sorry to hear of your loss.

My cousin Anna May was a role model for me. I followed her footsteps ultimately into the teaching field. During high school, she advised me on different career choices, which led to my attending Nazareth College, as she had. I enjoyed her connection with our Ukrainian culture, because she had the privilege and fun of learning and performing traditional dances, and wearing the beautiful folk dress. May her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren cherish her memory in all the ways she involved herself and blessed those around her.

Anna Mae was a lovely lady and friend. She shared her teaching skills with my kindergarten and all the little ones at West Hurley School. May God comfort her family as HE surely rewards her in heaven with her beloved Bob. Sincere condolences to all, Harriet Yaun.
