Queensbury, NY: Jan. 18, 2013, age 89. Retired from Nixon, Hargrave, Devans and Doyle. Survived by daughter Linda Mason of Queensbury, sons John (Donna) of Pottersville, N.Y. and Bruce of Rochester. Also survived by daughter-in-law Helen VanDerwarker of Irondequoit, 7 grandchildren including Kimberly (William) Huther of Rochester and Jennifer (Fabian) Serventi of Webster and 8 great-grandchildren. Burial at the convenience of the family.
