James Spallina Obituary
Hilton: Passed away on, July 3, 2016 at the age of 51. Predeceased by his, father, James & mother, Karla Fogler. He is survived by his wife, Marla; children, Catherine, Sarah, Brittany Aponte, Naomi, Michael, & Sophia; step-father, Neil Fogler; siblings, Beth Ann, Margie (Rick) Dearcop, Karyn, & Lisa (Rachel); many nieces & nephews.
Jimmy's Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, July 10th at Browncroft Community Church, 2530 Browncroft Blvd. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Open Door Mission or Hilton Youth Wrestling Club.

My condolences to you all.I met Jim in 1982.He Tried hard to be all that he could.He was a great man.I too lived in Hilton. nice sister Karen.
I watched him build the front of a hardware store.smart man.Truly loved God.Always usta yell out in church at preacher Simpson."praise God"!We are all different.We are to love one another.I loved jimmy.I loved all the breathern.It was my family.Even tho I lost many of them.I pray always.Those were my good ole days..The hymns.the fun invites.The LOVE..Do we ever lose it?No..Its like salvation..Both I g shall separate us.I will pray I say that with truth.Bearing each others burdens..We were taught these things for timesAs now.I'm grieving 3 deaths and it is heavy.The worst thing.I hope the family has each other.I don't.But I have the only thing I need.And so do you.BibleThat's the book for me. To the Spallina family (especially Michael)
I am so very sorry to hear about your sudden loss. I was out of the country, so this just came into my attention. I first met Mr. Spallina and Michael at a college tournament in Cornell, when my son was wrestling for UB. His love of the sport of wrestling was very apparent to me that day. Mike, expect a big hug when I see you again - and know that I am praying for you and your family.
