Ted Leveridge Obituary
Ted Gene Leveridge passed away at his home in Krum on Saturday, October 16, 2021. He was born in Ft. Worth, Texas to Milam Stanley and Emmogene Leveridge on September 10, 1965. Ted enjoyed being with his family and all types of sports. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Stan Leveridge.
Ted Leveridge was a amazing father, good friend to all of those around him and a mentor to many. He had a voice and charismatic personality that was larger than life - you knew when he walked into the room. During his thirty year banking career, Ted enjoyed making a positive impact on people's lives and serving the Krum, Ponder and Denton County communities by volunteering and serving on various nonprofit agency boards. Ted's love for football inspired him to help introduce the sport into the Krum and Ponder communities - something he took tremendous pride in doing. Ted was blessed with many friendships - he stayed in touch with friends from all walks of his life even up until his final days. Ted influenced and changed many lives and will be missed by many.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Ponder from 5PM to 7PM. Funeral services are scheduled for 11AM, Thursday also at the church with interment following at Jackson Cemetery in Krum.
Ted is survived by his wife Judy and son, Austin Leveridge, daughter, Avery Leveridge, brother and sister in law, Miles and Darla Leveridge, sister and brother in law, Kim and Tommy Combs, nieces and nephews: Renee and Greg Jones, Shelly and Mitchell Combs and Stacy and Jason Elmore and nephew, Michael Leveridge along with several great nieces and nephews.

Ted was a wonderful man and friend. We road many a night on the golf cart at the fair grounds and he kept us in stitches not only with stories but watching him interact with others. He was a blast to be around. I will certainly miss him.

Worked at F and M Bank (1st United) and enjoyed Ted so much..Everyday,HE WOULD SAY IT WAS JUST PEACHY!!..HE will surely be missed..I will keep His lovely family in prayer..My Dearest memory is running into TED in a store around 2018 or so..My husdand had passed away in 2017 And Ted asked about him..not knowing..Anyway..he told Me if I ever needed anything at all or a job..to look for him at A. BANK!!!..

I met Ted 30 years ago at Farmers and Merchants bank in Krum. He helped me on so many occasions to find a car or give me sound financial advise. He was a friend of a friend when I met him, but over the years became my friend. He will be missed.
