My sincere sympathy to my cousins and extended family. My daughter, Marcie, saw this notice when searching family names in Colorado. I am Cena's nephew, son of her deceased sister, Helen (Elena).

To MOM Cena, You will be missed I will never forget what you were to me and your son Gary. I Believe you will be one who will go to god's home in heaven. Mom cena you won't have to suffer any more in this life. I will miss you and I will always think of you till I see you in heaven. God bless you in your journey. I know you will be looking over all of us who ever loved you. I am sorry for the family's loss of a good lady.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
