Ann - you probably don't even remember me. I don't think it was by chance that I happened to feel the need to check out the obituaries in the Deseret News. Calvin was my Bishop in my BYU ward back around 1987. The two of you had a profound impact on me for good. He was a loving and caring bishop. The two of you together showed us all what real love was. I left for my mission from that ward and will always remember the Jeppsons.
I send prayers of peace and comfort to you, Rebecca and the rest of the family, whom I never met. Heaven has brought one of their finest home for Christmas. I wish I lived closer to have been able to give you my condolences in person.

Sister Jeppson . . . We are so so sorry to hear of your sweet husband's passing. They must have called up a new batch of special missionaries for Christmas in the heavenly MTC. We hope you and your family will cherish the warm memories you have until you meet again.
With Love, Dale and Linda Ottley

Ann, Calvin was the most genuine, down to earth person that I've ever known and had the opportunity to associate with. My only regret is that I haven't spent more time with him lately. He arranged for a loan that put me in business and I will always remember him as a banker who truly cared. He once told me that "Character" was the fundamental principal in extending credit and I'm grateful he felt I had enough of it even though he knew most of my many faults. I will miss him greatly, I considered him my very best friend. Harry Hanson
