Carlisle
Chad Parson, 44, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Taylor House Hospice from melanoma.
Chad was born October 10, 1971 to Dennis and Judi (Crawford) Parson. He loved being with his family and friends. He also loved coaching softball and basketball and all of his players. Chad enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Chad is survived by his significant other, Amanda Gladson; parents, Dennis and Judi Parson; children, Mallory, Emma, Kaylee, Pryce and Baby Parson due on May 30th; stepchildren, Cassie (Blake) Wikoff, Paige, Payton, Piper, Parker and Pierson Kain; grandson, Owen Wikoff; sister, Tracy (Hugh) Palar; niece, Taylor Palar; nephew, Cutler Palar; and a host of extended family and loving friends.
He was preceded in death by his nephew, Lucas Palar and his grandparents, Donald and Helen Crawford and Lloyd and Evelyn Parson.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 13th at Christ Lutheran Church, 6411 SE 5th Street followed by burial at Carlisle Township Cemetery in Carlisle.
Memorial contributions may be directed the Great Western Bank in Carlisle in loving memory of Chad.

+ + + . So sorry to learn of Chad's passing. I have known him since I moved to Carlisle in 1983. He was a likeable young man. I lived about a block from his folks, until I moved to Stockbridge, Georgia this year. After his first daughter was born, they would stop by my house each Holloween. My condolences to his children, significant other, and his parents. May GOD bless his SOUL on the other-side and be with his family as they mourn their loss. . + + +
