Grace Main, 76, went home to the Lord on June 14, 2010 at Bright Kavanagh House.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Grace retired from Northwestern Bell in the mid 1990's. Prior to that, she worked as a cook for Iowa Methodist Medical Center. She enjoyed her family, her golden retrievers and her puzzles.
Grace is survived by her son, Wain (Nancy) Main; brother, Gary (Pat) Snider; sister, Pat Carr-Holtman; sisters-in-law, Isabel and Marian Snider; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest; daughter, Gerrie Kay Brown; four brothers and four sisters.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bright Kavanagh House.
