For years I had the pleasure of sitting on the 4th (top) row of the Concert Choir of the Texas Girls' Choir. Amanda was right up in the mix with the rest of us Soprano Girls. We always had the best times with joking, laughing about who knows what, and, of course, being serious when we needed to regarding singing our section of any song. Very many of my memories of rehearsals, performances, and just choir itself include her in them. Amanda was such an optimistic, cheerful, and wonderful person to be around. Her laugh was contagious and you couldn't help but smile whenever talking to her. Amanda will truly be missed and she will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and I look forward to when we are reunited and have the privilege of singing together once again.

Amanda was somebody I saw around the way w/ all the other different restaurants in the area. She occasionally came to Chili's with some others from Cheddar's and sit in my section on their break. I remember many times going to Cheddar's and sitting in her section as well. I will say she had a warm, bubbly personality that's unforgetable. Person with a smooth soul. She will always be remembered and I will continue to keep her family and friends in my prayers. Now God has that warm, bubbly angel up above. Xoxo

We first met Amanda as a waitress at Cheddar's. She soon became our FAVORITE waitress !! Then our daughter started working at Cheddar's. It wasn't long before Amanda became a "big sister" to Cheyenne. She could get through to Cheyenne when I couldn't and I loved her for that ! She always gave us a big hug every time she saw us. No matter what we asked for when she was taking care of our eating and drinking needs, her answer was always, "ABSOLUTELY !" Cheyenne was about to turn 18 before this tragedy and I told Amanda that I only wanted HER to train Cheyenne as a waitress as I knew Amanda would teach her like no one else could. I am sad that Cheyenne will not get the chance to learn from her but now Amanda is an angel on her shoulder and can look over her all the time. We were truly blessed to be in the hospital room with Amanda and her Mom when the Chaplain came in and prayed over Amanda. We will always have that memory for the rest of our lives. Do we miss her....do we have an empty place in our hearts.... do we pound our fists in anger about her being taken too soon.... and do we know that God is good ALL the time..... ABSOLUTELY.

Words at this time cannot convey the sense of loss that we are experiencing at this sad time. I remember several occasions chaperoning Amanda and what a sweet spirit. It is so hard to imagine that someone so young would tragically be taken away from us. I wish I was in Texas with all of you. I will be thinking of you all at her services. Kathy Satterfield

May you find strength during this difficult time. My son passed away 10 years ago at the tender young age of 16 and I didn't think I could go on. By the grace of God I'm still here and stronger then ever. He will never put more on us then we can bear. Trust in the Lord and lean not to your own understanding.

I love you Miss Amanda

Amanda was my rock, my light, my angel, my best friend! I think about her everyday and I miss her even more. Amanda had the most amazing heart and this incredible way of doing things for people. She LITERALLY would've given the shirt off of her back. She got me out of a really tough time in my life and continued to be there for my daughter and I until she left us. ALL my love goes out to the Beasley family for your loss. I know the pain you are feeling....you lost your "Beautiful" and we all lost a BEAUTIFUL PERSON! God Bless...

Amanda,
The words are hard for me to come by...they have been and still are. I know that you were a dreamer, you were not the only one. I know someday I will join you and the world will be as one.
You always told me how you you had the best Mom and Dad, and how your Dad was your hero... Well You are my hero. So strong, so bold, so amazing. Everyday, I expect you to walk around the corner and say something funny like "Sparkle??? You hired a girl named Sparkle"... Wow, that was a great day. One week later you were like, "Shantel, Sparkle is awesome...thank you for hiring her".
Amanda, we miss you so much, you touched so many people. I know right now you are smiling down at us. Please look after your family, they have been rocks. I love you.
....Shantel
