Tom, Karen, Steve and Cindy - I just heard of your tragic loss. I know the pain you are going through now. There is nothing that hurts quite so much as loosing one so young, and expecially your child. Carol was just 22 when she was taken home to be with the lord. The pain will begin to dull as time passes but the memories stay with you forever of the good times you had together. It sounds trite but as the years pass we learn to be thankful for the time we got to spend with our loved ones and all the joy they brought into our lives while we had them. My heart goes out to you and you know if there is anything you need DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL ON ME. Call me please.

Tom and Karen,
What an amazing young man Andrew was! You have so much to remember and be proud of. I am having such a hard time even believing that he's gone. when I think of Andrew of course his personality shines. Such a funny guy but more than that I just always remember feeling comfortable around him. He had a rare gift of interacting with people and that natural ability made people not only desire to be around him but it made them comfortable to be around him too. He will be SO missed by our family. Thanksgiving will NEVER be the same.
Steve, Christy, Madison and Levi...We LOVE you guys! I can only imagine the pain you are feeling right now. Please know that we have been praying for you DAILY and will continue too.
Steve....You were a great brother to Andrew. One thing I know for sure is that you did right by your brother!!!! God will honor you for that! Anyone who has ever been around the two of you could see the love you had for one another! That love is something to treasure and I know you will.
Christy........I know you made such an impact into Andrew's life. Hold onto all the good times in your heart. Your brother and I love you and want you to know that you and your family have been in our prayers and will continue to be. We are here if you need anything.
Cindy and Sierra. We are praying for you guys too. I know this is such a loss for you and I pray God will bring you an extra measure of comfort.
Love and prayers,
Todd and Angie Huse

Wow, I didnt think this is something I'd ever be writing. I feel so blessed to have known you so well as a kid, to have all the memories to look back on from growing up. I looked up to you so much, and so many of my intrests, qualities, and experiences are because of you. Hell you're the reason I bought my first bike AND my first cd. Im also really glad I was able to see you and your dad again a few months back, it'd been so long. You are forever a blessing to my life. The Tate family and friends in my prayers, thank you to Tom and Karen for all the hospitality and good times on Douglas. Love you man, I'll see you again.

Tom, Karen, and family,
My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Andrew will be truly missed.

Andrew,
The one thing that sticks out in my mind about you like many others, is your love for bikes. I remember sitting in the front yard many years ago at a friends and you pulled up on your street bike. I asked you for a ride and you smirked and said sure! I hopped on the back and you asked me if I trusted you. I said, "Dude, I wouldn't be on the back if I didn't trust you." You told me to hold on, me thinking you were going to gun it, and you popped a wheelie with me on the back. I remember when you set the bike down, I asked you if you had lost your mind. And you laughed, and laughed and asked me to stop squeezing you because you couldn't breathe. I always trusted you, with everything, and everyone. You were a good friend to many, and you will be greatly missed by all.

I met Andrew when he was only 4 years old. He was so cute, funny and vivacious. I laugh when I think about those days between the ages of 4 and 9. You never knew what he would say but it was always honest. That is how I remember Andrew. I am so sorry for all of his family and friends but the lord will guide you in the right direction toward healing. Just remember the good times and my prayers will be with you always.

Andrew,
We only dated for a short time in high school, but even that short time was a great time. You were always laughing and making me laugh. Always so energetic and full of life. Even the last time I saw you, though we hadn't seen eachother or spoken for years, you had that big smile on your face and the same friendly yet sarcastic and funny attitude. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You will surely be missed by many.

You sure meant alot to our family over the years. Always coming over, drinking our Dr. Peppers and spending the night with the fan blowing right in your face. I remember when I found out you and Brandon had mexican food nicknames. Im pretty sure you called me guacamole for a week or so just so I wouldnt feel left out. You will be missed.

I will miss you very much. I have not seen you in a long time, but I remember having classes with you through Jr. High and High School and you always had a smile to back you up. That smile will never be forgotten. I rememeber when I use to be so much taller than you, and then, the following summer you were nearly a foot taller than me (and way cute!!). I can't believe it. It's really hard for me to believe that you are in another place now. My family and I will pray for, You and your family. We hope the best for your family, and again I will miss your smile and friendship.
