Arlen McLain Obituary
Service: 10 a.m. Thursday at First Congregational Methodist Church, 1310 S. Beltline Road, Grand Prairie.
A.M. was born Dec. 26, 1915. He was a pastor and evangelist in the Congregational Methodist Church, having served at the Wichita & Rodeo Church from 1964 to 1969. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; parents, Travis and Willie McLain; grandchildren, Kevin McLain and Karen Hoffman; and great-grandchild, Jennifer McLain.
Survivors: Children, Burnie McLain of Dallas, Wylie McLain and wife, Vivian, Beverly Cox and husband, David, of Burleson, Arville McLain and wife, Carolyn, of Forney, Arlen McLain and wife, Debby, of Mesquite and Shirley Hayslip of Pasadena; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Gilbert McLain of Hempstead; and sister, Elena Burke of Los Angeles, Calif.

Hi Beverly. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I lost my Dad last year in December. When we needed God the most, He blessed us in a tremendous way and He will do the same for you. "May the LORD bless you and keep; May His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; and turn His face toward you and give you peace." Numbers 6:24-26
