Bryn Prestidge Obituary
Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bethesda Community Church, 4700 N. Beach, Haltom City. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund for his two boys has been set up at Frost Bank, Scott Prestidge Memorial Fund, account 608652805.
Scott was born June 24, 1971, in Fort Worth. He was employed with Associated Air Center at Dallas-Love Field. Scott was a member of Life Gate Fellowship, where he sang on the Praise Team.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marian Alice Gregg.
Survivors: Wife, Cherie Prestidge; sons, Justin Holleman and Garrett Prestidge; mother, Anita Gregg Knapp and husband, Phil; father, Dillard Prestidge and wife, Elsa; brother, Timothy Prestidge and wife, Jana; sister, Kim Knapp Campbell; grandfathers, Wendell Gregg and Ray Prestidge and wife, Margie; grandmother, Delores Risinger; mother-in-law, Sandie Pond; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Scott, you will be missed. We know that we will see you in heaven when we cross over to that side. But, the heaviness of losing you....missing you...not seeing your smile and beautiful blue eyes or hearing your laugh is going to be hard for the family who loved you so much. To the Prestidge Family,
I didn't know Scott but saw him a few moments before the accident. I was riding on 337 toward the bottom of the hill. He rode up, we nodded, gave thumbs up to each others ride, and he passed. I was sickend and shaken to have come around the corner and see the accident. My condolences and heart goes out to you and your family. In a brief moment, he seemed like a nice guy and like all of us bikers - was doing what he enjoyed. My God be with you.

Anita, I remember when he used to call the office for you in 1983 with this "little voice" and say "is my mom there?". It must be very very tough losing your only child. I cannot imagine how it feels. So very sorry for you and your family.

Scott was a good person, he always seemed happy at work. The times I did conversate with him We'd always talk about our families or sports. He'd always talk about his son wrestling. I met Scott when I started at AAC about 5 yrs ago. He was always willing to help out with a good attittude. I know He'll truly be missed at work. He was a good person with a good heart. We never know when GOD is going to call us, we just need to be prepared. God will comfort all the family members in this time of sadness. Because He is a caring GOD who loves. Always keep up the faith, and HE will do his part. One of the memories I will have of Scott is seeing him early in the morning on HW 183 speeding to work because I"ll be doing the same thing to try and make on time. He will definately be missed. When my dad, Tom Ramos, got into his accident, Scott was the first person to break the news to me. That was heavy news to deliver and I wouldnt have wanted anyone else too. I know I am far away at UNM, but if there is anything I can do here, please let my father know.

Scott was a very well liked member of the Associated Air Center family. He was always smiling and had a great personality. I know he is with the Lord and that gives me personally and I'm sure the Prestidge family a sense of peace. He will be greatly missed.
