Our prayers are with Mary and the McGilvray family. So many of my high school memories are wrapped up with Mary and David. David was always someone you could depend on and be blessed to have as a friend. The world and especially those who knew David personally are all better people. He will be missed. The Richland High School Class of '66 are so proud to have been classmates of David & his wife Mary. David was an outstanding student and athlete. We join Mary, his wife of 52 years and his large extended family in celebrating what a good friend and example he was to all his family members. Yes, he did love his Texas Longhorns. The only time he missed a class reunion was if the date conflicted with a game.
What a blessing to have known David for all these years.
