I was so sorry to hear the sad news!! You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time!!
Through the years, David truly loved life and all of his friends and family. We all had some very wonderful times together in the shoe business. We all have memories that we will never forget!

Judy,
We were very sad to heart of David's passing and you and the Kid's will be in our prayers and thoughts. Anyone that knew David knew how much he loved his Family as he spoke of you guys with incredible love and respect.
He was a good friend and his kindness and generosity were apparent in all he did in life.
I'll cherish his memory always and all the golf days and golfing trips we took together with the Boys.
Please let us know if we can do anything during this very difficult time, but rest assured he is watching over his Family of this I have no doubt.

David was a fine man, and a LOT of fun to grow up with in N.Richland Hills. I count myself very fortunate to have had Dave as a childhood friend.
