i met Janie through her Aunt Margaret in Meridian. I loved her easy going attitude and big beautiful smile. She was always a delight. I know how much she missed her husband and tonight she is holding his hand. Though I ask God to give her family peace in her death, I thank him for reuniting them. I know she has that big beautiful smile on her face❤

Carol and I met and made friends with Janie and Roger in the summer of 1968. Roger and I were in the Air Force together and he and Janie would visit with us often. I remember Janie had a serious tumor back then and she licked it. We enjoyed her southern charm and really regret not keeping in touch for many years. I am glad I got to talk a couple of times the last couple years with Janie and Roger, I know they will be missed by the entire family. Yours, Vemund Aaro.
