Jon Bradley Beck, 49, of Justin died at a Denton hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016, following a brief illness. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Thursday at Justin United Methodist Church. There will be a reception at the church following the service. He was an organ donor. Arrangements are under the direction of Lucas Funeral Home in Justin. Beck was an independent fishing and hunting guide and a professional welder. He was a graduate of Northwest High School and attended Texas Tech University. He was preceded in death by his father, Jon W. Beck; and his sister, Leslie Denton. Survivors: His mother, Mary Beck of Justin; his brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Becky Beck of Ponder; his aunts and uncles, Sue Solan of Fort Worth, and Erle and Alice Nye of Dallas; his nieces and nephews, Allison and Emily Beck of Ponder and Luke Denton of Nashville, Tenn.; and many cousins.
