Karen Carpenter Obituary

Karen Renee Carpenter, 49, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Funeral: Noon Saturday, April 14, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Irvington Memorial Park in Freemont, Calif. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Karen Renee Carpenter was born Feb. 26, 1963, in San Bernardino, Calif. She had lived in the Hurst area for 18 years. Survivors: Jesus Christ, her constant companion; son, Kelly Carpenter; mother, Virginia S. Davis and husband, Paul; father, Raymond Carpenter and wife, Sharon, of Red Bluff, Calif.; brothers, Darrin Carpenter of Modesto, Calif., Michael Carpenter and wife, Lisa, of Baltimore, Md.; a large extended family; and many friends.
