I am so sorry for your loss, I was one of Lauren's PT's when I first started to work for ECI. There are no words that can take away your sorrow, but know that you are in my prayers. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of Lauren's life, she was fortunate to have such loving parents.

Lauren was so precious. I came out, as a relief Nurse to her primary Nurse, to help in her care back in 2000 when I was working with Cook Childrens Home Health. She was very special. She has loving parents and grandparents. I pray the God of Comfort be with them all.

What a honor I consider it to have known Lauren during her short stay on this earth. My favorite memories of her are the smiles her mother Linda coaxed out of her after making a complete clown out of herself. I always wondered what Lauren would say if she could talk...something like, " Mommy you are just too funny!-but don't hurt yourself!" Lauren always seemed to love music. I liked to sing to her when we were alone. She seemed more restful and peaceful and I know she wanted to sing along. Now she is singing along and smiling without any effort. I am thankful for the purpose Lauren's earthly life served -to teach us all how to love, enjoy and appreciate one another, despite our limitations. I bless her parents Gary and Linda and their inspirational example and faith walk.
