Fort Worth, Texas - Vivienne Hanger Wilson passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family and valued caregivers on September 29. Vivienne was born in Ft. Worth on March 13,1927. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert K. and Vivienne Hanger, her husband, Earl Wilson and her dear friend John MacMakin.
She didn't want a list of her education, community work, achievements or club memberships in her obituary. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy. Her family believes that she was the most loving, caring, and generous mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Lisa Laughlin Schneider and Gene Schneider, Susy Laughlin Weaver and Billy Weaver, Cary Laughlin Johnston and Randy Johnston, Robin Laughlin, her grandchildren Kittrell Taylor Boyd, William Thomas Duggins, Philip Laughlin Duggins and Sarah Beth Davis Duggins, Vivienne MacFarlane Binnie, William Burton Binnie and Mari Rodriquez Binnie, Alexander Laughlin Binnie, Olivia Mariah Johnston, Sanders Laughlin Johnston and her great-granddaughter Paloma Isabel MacFarlane Binnie. Her family is indebted to her loving caregivers, Kayla Mouton, Beverly Franklin, and Kim Robinson and her devoted helpers, Lolita Castillo and Morelia Mejía. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Ft. Worth Country Day School, the Lena Pope Home, the Smile Train, or a charity of your choice.

A beautiful life well lived, with a caring heart always evident. Vivienne uplifted everyone by her kindness and sense of fun. Her elegance was apparent even though she was humble and kept it understated. Love to her wonderful girls.

Such an elegant and lovely lady! She was a special friend to my Mother Masako. I remember the beautiful Christmas cards she would send out. I will always cherish the note she sent at my Mom´s passing. My condolences to her family.

It was so fun to visit w Vivienne when I knew her late 80s til 2023, about early Ft Worth days and a farm in Weatherford and stories of her girls when childen. I could imagine it well how life was then. She had a sense of humor, like she'd "seen it all" and enjoyed it all.
