Ahmad Nahvi

Nahvi Ahmad Nahvi, 70, of New Albany, passed away Monday, December 30, 2013. He was born June 17, 1943 in Isfahan, Iran. Ahmad was a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for the Bureau of Worker's Compensation as an Industrial Hygienist. Ahmad was a loving husband and father and loved his grandchildren dearly. He was caring, funny, humorous and very intelligent. He loved talking about food and telling stories about Iran. Preceded in death by his parents Janab Nahvi Dehkordi and Robab Kholdi-Nasab and brother Hosian Nahvi. Ahmad will be missed by his loving wife of 40 years, Diane; sons, Jason (fiancée, Kacie Pedon) Nahvi and Justin (Denise) Nahvi; grandchildren, Ethan and Ellery; brother, Mahmood (Zahra) Nahvi; and sister, Parvin Nahvi (Javad Sani). Family will receive friends Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 5 p.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life service at 6 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd. (at Beecher Rd.), Gahanna, OH. Family requests no flowers.
