Barbara Arp Obituary

ARP Barbara Ann Arp, age 73, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was born October 13, 1936 to the late Delbert and Opal (Henson) Wandling. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ed; sons, Jeff (Melinda) and Jim (Barbara); daughter, Teri (Phil) Vazquez; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Alana Arp, Christopher and Michael Arp, Courtney and Michael Vazquez; sisters, Gladys Thompson and Janet (Geege) Povenmire; brother, Bill (Sharon) Wandling; mother-in-law, Inez Arp of California; sisters-in-law, Sandy Kurosky and Jeanne (Jeff) Elder; brother-in-law, Ken (Dee) Arp; special niece, Lori Kurosky; many nieces, nephews; and special friends, including Bill and Kris Helphrey. Family will receive friends 2-3 p.m., Monday, November 16, 2009 at Hilliard Church of Christ, 4300 Avery Rd., Hilliard, Oh. The Celebration of Life will begin at 3 p.m. Pastor Danny Vanscoy officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Fund, Columbus Affiliate, 855 Grandview Ave., Suite 250, Columbus, Oh. 43215. Arrangements entrusted to SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL.
