I meet Barbara and Bob many years ago when working at A Special Place flower shop. They were both fun wonderful people. I lost touch over the years and was very sad to hear that they have both pasted away. But over the years I have thought of them both each in separate ways. Barbara and Bob had us over for dinner in their new condo and Barbara made a dish called Szechuan chicken. I still have the recipe, it has become my comfort go to meal and I make it often always thinking of Barbara and that fun evening. Bob was a very good artist and knew I loved birds. I still have the picture he drew of a sparrow. Im so glad that I was able to spend time with them both so many years ago. So sorry to hear of both their passing and deepest sympathy to the family.

So very sorry to hear of Barbs passing. I would have loved to be part of the Zoom memorial to her. She was a wonderful friend and neighbor at VNF.
Donna and I saw her in December and it was the first time she did not recognize us. We were so sad but knew that day would come. We had great times walking, going shopping, out to lunch and even an adventure to Lake Erie. My sympathy to Kathy, Steve and family. We will miss her smile and great sense of humor.

I am heartbroken to find out about Barbs death a week ago, unfortunately also missing the ZOOM memorial last evening. Barb was one of my dear friends at The Village of North Falls condominiums.
Barbs witty and fun personality drew me to her immediately. We enjoyed being on the social committee together. Our friendship grew to giving each other advice on interior decorating and fashions. We shopped together, went to movies, had many lunches and dinners out, went to Otterbein theater plays, and even bussed through the British Isles and sailed together through Germany. We shared many bottles of wine and many, many laughs. It was sad when she left us to move to The Inn at Olentangy Trail but I knew thats where she needed to be to get her care. Her eyes lit up when Id come to visit and her wit would continue to color our conversations. Those eyes, however, began to lose their recognition of me but Id still share stories with Barb. I will forever hold our friendship deep in my heart and remember her with fond memories.

The Camarca family were our neighbors & friends, we spent days in Old Lyme & trips to Cape Cod, there was always laughter & fun, great memories. Mrs Camarca was always kind, caring & sweet with us. Sending love to your family, Matt Girardin
