Barbara Jean Whitley

WHITLEY Barbara Jean Whitley, born August 12, 1950, departed this life on November 22, 2005. Barbara accepted Christ at an early age at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Toledo. Barbara re-affimed her faith in Christ at the First Church of God (FCOG) in Toledo. Barbara moved to Columbus and united with the FCOG under the leadership of Bishop Timothy J. Clarke. Barbara leaves to cherish her memory 2 daughters, Jasmine and Caitlin; 2 brothers, Lloyd Keller, Los Angeles, Calif. and Keith (Doretha) Keller, Toledo, Oh.; sister, Lois Whitley, Warren, Oh.; and a host of nieces and nephews, a loving congregation and a group of very special friends. Funeral service Saturday 10 a.m., First Church of God, 3480 Refugee Rd. Bishop Timothy J. Clarke, officiating, where the family will receive friends 9 a.m. until the time of service.
