To family and friends of Bev..Bev came into our lives at a time when we needed an angel to bring our family together. And that's exactly what she did..she always made us feel welcome and loved in her home and even after we went our separate ways, we thought about her and Max often! And after reading other's postings, I am reminded of what a wonderful, loving person she was and how she touched everyone she met. May God bless you and your family with peace in knowing that Bev's job on earth is done and that she has brought glory to our Lord's name in her works.

The good energy and wonderful warmth that is Beverly Rogan has been taken from the earth, but it can never be taken from the hearts of those who knew her. Beverly was a friend since childhood, and we graduated from high school in the same class. Her smile and her love of life are memories that I will always have of her, and I thank her for that. Rest in peace, Bev.

I just wanted to send my condolences to you. Bev. was there when my Mother and sister died which meant so much. We came a long way from the days at Second Baptist Church. It was good to know she was still in the area and doing well. My prayers are with you as you endure the pain of her sudden loss.

I was so shocked to hear about Bev's passing. She was always very nice and had a smile for everyone. Bev will be greatly missed. Love & Many Prayers.

Safely Home
I am home in heaven, dear ones; Oh so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over,
every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace forever, safely home in heaven at last. Did you wonder how I so calmly trod the valley of the shade?
Oh, but Jesus' love illumined every dark and fearful glade. And he came himself to meet me in that way so hard to tread; and with Jesus' arm to lean on, could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I love you dearly still; try to look beyond earth's shadows, pray to trust our Father's will. There is work still waiting for you, so you must not idly stand; do it now, while life remains, you shall rest in Jesus' land.
When that work is all completed, he will gently call you home; Oh, the rapture of that meeting, Oh, the joy to see you come!

Bev was my supervisor, she sat right next to me and we talked often. I am in total shock over this and am so sad that she was taken from us. Just last Thursday I can remember her sitting on the heater by the window sill and us talking about her attending a retirement seminar. When I got the call Saturday and was told the news I was in total shock, I know how much she was looking forward to the upcoming holidays and spending time with her family and friends. May God comfort your family in this time of loss. My prayers are with your family. I will greatly miss you Bev.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. Our families have been friends for years and have seen each others joys and sorrows. Death is hard but when it's unexpected and during a special part of the year, such as the holidays, it's even more so. I am very sorry to hear that Beverly lost her life in an accident yesterday. I have worked with Beverly for many years and will miss her greatly. She always had time for others and would offer anything she had if she knew someone in need. I will miss her greatly. I am very thankful that she called me yesterday and we had that last conversation before the accident. We have lost a wonderful person and coworker. I just wanted to let you know how much Beverly will be missed by the many people she worked with. I hope you can see your way through this difficult time, the loss of a family member during the Holiday season is hard to understand. Beverly was very excited about the up coming holidays and having people at her home for hte holidays. She very much enjoyed having the Christmas lights put up on her home and was looking forward to this Christmas Season. My thoughts and Prayers are with all of Beverly's family members. I will miss her greatly. Sue Dale
