Van Horne Charles "Chuck" Allen Van Horne, 68, of Johnstown, passed away on July 3, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born on July 11, 1947 in Crestline, OH. Family was everything to Charles and he will be dearly missed. Survived by daughters, Krista Hedges and Cheryl (James) Guy; grandchildren, Audra (Bret) Kaser, Cody Bauman, Brenndan Bauman, Kayla Guy and Alli Guy; great grandchildren, Meghan and McKenna Kaser, Aidan and Logan Bauman; mother, Doris Sheline; brothers, Dave, Bill and Ken Van Horne; best friend, JB Conner; many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Preceded in death by father Paul Van Horne, Sr., mother Zelia Van Horne and brother Paul Van Horne, Jr. Friends may call at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Brain Tumor Association, 8550 W.
