All,
We planted a memorial tree for Chris and spread his ashes on Sunday November 8th. It was a cold Sunday, but many of Chris's close friends were there. Of course, tears were shed, but I feel he is finally at rest. The memorial tree is located at the Twin Lakes, area S at Oshounessy Reservoir located north of Dublin. We will place a memorial stone as soon as it is completed. Keep Christopher in your prayers and feel free to visit him. If you need more specific directions please call or e-mail me or Lauren. We travel through all of the milestones in life and miss Chris and Kelly deeply.

To all of you who left an entry in Christopher's Guest Book.
I am Chris' father and I want to in some way thank you all for the outpouring of love and emotions at the loss of our beautiful young man. He had made so much progress recently and we were all so proud of him. Hocking College gave him the outlet for his creative talents. He was so enthusiastic about the school and all of his instructors.
The pain of losing him is real and I search for a reason, but knowing how many lives he touched is a true gift. Please continue to keep Christopher and Lauren in your prayers.
Sincerely
Cindy Theil

Cindy, Lauren and Gary,
We are so sorry. After growing up with Christopher for the last 22 years it’s hard to imagine him not being right next door. As a family we were talking about the happy times. Like the “naked neighbors” picture or the time that Christopher built a wooden raft in the back yard. He so had his heart set on sailing that thing down the Scioto River. I think our favorite memories were when we would all go to the Mount Air Swimming Pool or Wyandot Lake during the summers. Don’t forget the happy times; Christopher will always be in your heart. Please let us know if you need anything at all.
Love,
Chris, Karen, Cate, Joe and Kristin

Dear Cindy, Lauren, and family,
I am so sorry for the loss of Chris. You may not know me, although I'm sure we've seen each other or met before, but I played cello in orchestra with Chris during high school. During his freshman year I was his stand partner. Although we had grown apart, he was still a wonderful friend to me during high school and touched my life in such a wonderful way when I was going through a lot of depressing times. I'm so thankful that Chris was there for me. My prayers go out to you and your family in this terrible time of loss. Chris will be missed, by me and many others. May he rest in the peace of Christ.

Gary, Kim, Cindy, Loran and all those who are close to you, my thoughts and sympathies are with you.
As a friend and co-worker with Gary for the last 24 years, we have shared and lived many stories of our children. The most recent being our summer trips together golfing in Michigan. Passing the guitar between Gary, myself and our sons, taking turns singing and playing by the beach fire will always be wonderful memories.
Please know the burden of loss, while heaviest on all of you, is also shared by the many people whose lives you and Christopher have touched.
