To all Deborah's family, I am sorry to learn of Debbie's passing, and know that this loss is not easy. Please reflect and celebrate her life on this earth, and the heavenly Kingdom she has entered. May the Peace of God always be with you. I was a classmate ages ago, at WHS, but my mother occasionally provided updates of her happenings. I reflect back and smile at her contagious spirit. Though that was long ago, it is a lasting memory. We should all look forward to seeing her again. God's comfort, God's Peace.
For His Sake.

Dear Mrs. Winston,

Deb brightened every room she entered. Our paths crossed at the News-Herald and then parted many years ago, but I have vivid memories of our brief acquaintance. I will remember her with admiration for her writing and with affection for the sense of fun she brought to all occasions - even - or especially - mandatory 6:30 a.m. cop calls at the N-H, election nights and weekend shifts. My condolences on your loss. God bless and keep you.

Mr. Setliff, We know there are no words we can speak to make this any easier. Just please know that you have touched the lives of many and though your students did not know your beautiful wife personally, they were able to know her through your wonderful, heartfelt stories. You have shown the girls of SJA that true love does exist and you have made such a difference. Continue to share stories with the girls about Deborah and keep her memory alive always. She has touched the lives of girls she never even met and that is very special. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. The Zindroski family.

I remember reading Deborah's columns in the PD and laughing all the time because of her sense of humor. I was disappointed when she left the PD, but wished her good luck in her career. To her family, I am very sorry for your loss. My mother and I would read her all the time and crack up. Very good memories.
