BEDWELL Douglas Bedwell, 78, went to be with the Lord March 24, 2010. Preceded in death by daughter Jean Raper. Survived by wife, Kathy; grandchildren, Gerrad (Stephanie) Raper, Lora (Peter) Shearer; great-grandchildren, Emily, Megan, Benjamin, Luke, Samuel, and Jacob; son-in-law, Bill Raper, Jr.; sister, Joyce Milner; other relatives and friends. Member/Deacon, Walnut Heights Baptist Church. Family will receive visitors at EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 4171 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, March 26, 2010, 6-8 p.m., with funeral service on Saturday, March 27, 2010, 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Doug's memory to Mount Carmel Hospice. Pastors Ralph Short and Jeff Perry officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate. www.evansfuneralhome.net
