GEIS Eleanor D. Geis, age 91, of Worthington, OH, previously of Canton, passed away unexpectedly in the home on Tuesday, April 12, 2006. Born in Canton on July 16, 1914 to the late Gorden and Elsie Dunbar, she was a graduate of Canton McKinley High School and obtained her degree from Kent State University. Geis who went to be with the Lord in 1963 and brother-in-law Ace Morgan. Survivors include her two sons, Rob (Pam) Geis of Hilliard and Steve (Jennifer) Geis of St. Petersburg, FL; three grandchildren, Aaron, Audrey and Lucas; sister, Margie Morgan and brother, Richard (Wilma) Dunbar, both of Canton; nieces and nephews, Greg (Kathy) Morgan, Jeff (Janet) Morgan, Mindy (Vince) Dollive, Linda (Joe) Linder, Carol (Steve) Christopher and Rick Dunbar. There are several great-nieces and great-nephews also surviving. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 in the REED FUNERAL HOME NORTH CANTON CHAPEL, (801 Pittsburg Ave.) with Rev. Wendy Bausman officiating. Burial to follow in North Lawn Cemetery.
