I saw so little of you, but thought so often about you. Mostly worried about something you had been through or troubles that had maybe been disrupted your life. So worried. Like an embarassing distant cousin. I am so proud of the resiliance you've displayed. Honored so deeply NOW by the conversations we shared on the bus when you worked at the beauty store in Northgate. Talks about our Parents, our brothers, our passions for the unappreciated things. Even though I saw you so little, it was a side of you that I only really saw on those bus rides. I'm sure others saw it often. We were tapping into that connection though, that our families had from way back. It was family. Words Angels listen in on.

You have often been likened to an Angel, so much by Jess. Today, literally, truly you are.

I hope you listen in.

I will think of you everyday you live on in our hearts until the day we meet again.

I love you. And until that day,

~John
