Eric "Gene" Harmon, age 67, passed away December 14, 2017 at St. Ann's Hospital. Gene was born September 14, 1950 to his parents the late Donald and Margaret Louise Harmon in Valparaiso, Indiana. Gene had persevered thru life being challenged, but kept a friendly outlook to all. Gene had been a part of the Minamyer Residential Care Services family for many years. Survived by sisters, Cassie Rinker and Lisa Powell; brother, Jim Harmon; other family and a host of friends and caregivers at Minamyer Services, including his program specialist Steven Jones. Friends and family may pay their respects at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. FUNERAL HOME, 1346 S. High St., Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 3-6 p.m. Visit www.orwoodyard.com to share a condolence or memory.
