Dear Daddy,

As the poem Sheila sent me says, you were the "Measure of a Man". Thank you for teaching me so many things that have helped me get thru life with grace and poise and helping me see it is the little moments that count. And you were right, I can't get those little kisses just anywhere, can I? I miss you and love you more than anyone will ever know. You are the one person in life I knew I could trust, heart and soul. And thank you for letting me know you felt the same way about me. It means so much. I have heard so many good things about you these past weeks, but then again, I have heard them all my life. You were the best Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa and friend any of us could ever have asked for. Rest in Peace with your beautiful daughter Sheila. I am glad the two of you got to make this trip together. :)

Love always,

Debbie Lyn

To the blue family; sorry to hear of the passing of Ernie. We worked together for many years at Cota and I considered him a friend. It has been a few years since last seeing him but I'd run into him at Wal-Marts and we'd laugh and talk. Stay strong

I knew "Ernie" when he worked for COTA. I drove there for 27 years. Mr Blue was a good man, a fair supervisor and an all around good guy. Very pleasent. I think of these guys I haven't seen in a long time, often. Your gonna be missed.

Regards,

James Dutchess

For the past 26 years my grandpa has been everything to me, most importantly, he has been my role model for what a man should be. If I can ever be half the man he was I would consider myself a great success. I love you Grandpa and I will miss you until I get to see you again someday.
