Franklin Albaugh Obituary

ALBAUGH Franklin D. Albaugh, 72, Zaleski, OH., passed away Thursday, September 14, 2006, at the home of his niece and nephew, Angela and Ron Courtney, Union Furnace, Oh. He was born November 14, 1933, in Zaleski, OH., son of the late Clifton A. Albaugh and Violet Peck Albaugh. He was a retired employee of the Ohio Department of Natural Recources, a life member of the NRA and a U.S. Army Veteran. In addition to his niece and nephew, he is survived by one brother and four sisters, Donald Albaugh, Zaleski, OH, Doris and Morris Daniels, Westerville, OH, Donna and Eugene Ely, Bucyrus, OH, Thelma LeMay, Zaleski Oh, Velma and John Johnson, New Plymouth, OH; several nieces and nephews. One brother George Albaugh preceded him in death. Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, September 17, 2006, in the GARRETT-MOORE FUNERAL HOME, McArthur, with Rev. Ferrell Rood officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Full Military Grave Side Rites will be conducted by the McArthur VFW Post 5299. Friends may call at the Garrett-Moore Funeral Home on Saturday, 4-7 p.m.
