To Ms Thelma, Freddy, David and family, We were sadden to here of the passing of Mr. Neal. We have been gone from Carpenter St for several years but we are still neighbors. Our prayers are with you. We all know Mr. Neal is in a better place.

I love and truly miss u paw paw. If I could go back In time,I'd tell you that you were THE BEST and I love u every time the opportunity arose. The world lost a GREAT MAN but the Lord welcomed his greatest Angel to this day.
