Haddix Mulkey Obituary

Mulkey Haddix James Mulkey, our beautiful angel, was unexpectedly called home to be the with the Lord on May 13, 2016. In the 8 months we had him, our lives will forever be changed from the joy and love he provided. He was greeted in heaven by his great Pa-Paw Fred Shipley, Grandma Mulkey, Emma Mulkey, Rose and Charles Mandery, and numerous great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Haddix left behind broken hearted mommy, Katie Mulkey; and his father, Christopher Harvey. Haddix was the youngest brother to Lennox (9) and Zayla (2). Haddix was loved and spoiled by his Nana and Papa, Denise and James Mulkey; Grandma Roseann Harvey; Ben Healy and John Harvey. He was adored by his great grandparents, Grannie (Kathryn Shipley), Gpa Mulkey (Ballard "Huck" Mulkey), John Gomes, Carol Harvey. Cherish by his aunts and uncles, Sara and Jerry Ratliff, Franklin Mulkey and Carissa Bushrow, James Anthony and Casey Mulkey, David and Angie Gomes, Shannon Harvey; and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. Haddix will live in our hearts forever. Family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg where his funeral will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday. We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us.
