Jack R. Daubert

Daubert Jack R. Daubert, age 88, went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2014. He was a member of the Southside Church of Christ. And attended Beechwold Christian. Jack served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Montour APA101 during WWII. And was honorably discharged in May of 1946. Jack also worked at Diamond Milk Co as head mechanic 30+ years. He was a member of the Bucks and Does Square Dance Club. Preceded in death by his parents Ray and Henrietta Daubert, his first wife Jean Daubert, sister Janet Spanner and nephew David Spanner. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Janet Daubert; two sons, John and Terry Daubert; daughter, Sherry (Keith) Stutzman; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; two step-sons, Bill (Sandy) Steele and Steve (Janet) Steele; step-daughter, Kathy Chamberlain; eight step-grandchildren and one step great-grandson. Memorial contributions may be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Dr. Columbus, OH 43214. Visitation will be held Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at the SHAW-DAVIS FUNERAL HOMES, Clintonville Chapel, 4341 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43214. Where a funeral service will be held Wednesday 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estates with Navy Honors. Bro. Darin Kleeman officiating.
