Jerry Sudduth Obituary

Sudduth Pastor Jerry L. Sudduth, age 63, passed away on June 6, 2015, at OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH. He was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, AL. He pastored in the Church of the Nazarene for 28 years at Ronceverte (WV) Church of the Nazarene, Cedarville (OH) Church of the Nazarene, Hutchinson (KS) First Church of the Nazarene, and South County Church of the Nazarene (St. Louis, MO). After retiring from the ministry, he worked at Kaberline Health Informatics (St. Louis, MO). He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Wright) Sudduth; daughter, Erin Sudduth (and son-in-law Patrick Culver); sister, Janet Sudduth; sister-in-law, Cathy (Robert) Ewing; brother-in-law, Alan (Kathy) Wright; and many others. Jerry was also a loyal Alabama Crimson Tide fan (ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!). A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 11 a.m. on June 20, 2015, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 4580 Haughn Rd., Grove City, OH. Friends may visit from 10 a.m. until time of service. Pastor Ron Dalton officiating. Private family interment will be held at Concord Cemetery at a later date. Contributions may be made in Jerry's memory to the James Cancer Hospital, checks payable to OSUCCC - James, Office of Medical Center Development, P.O. Box 183112, 660 Ackerman Road, Columbus, OH 43218-3112. Please note that your gift is being made in memory of Jerry Sudduth.
