Joan R. "Joni Jayne" Schwartz

Schwartz Joan R. Schwartz "Joni Jayne", 84, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016. She was born to Douglas and Rose Kidwell in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 19, 1931. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Robert Hewitt, daughter Patricia Matthews. Joan is survived by her husband of 56 years, David Schwartz; daughter, Deborah (John) Sutton; son, David (Susan) Schwartz; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Patricia Eagle and Rhoda Oder. Joan's loss will be felt deeply by her family as well as many friends and fans. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer to have memorial donations made to Mount Carmel Foundation Hospice, 6150 E.
