John Sheward

Sheward John Sheward, age 91, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013. Born in Stark, West Virginia; John was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served in WWII. He was an executive at the Franklin Glue Company and an avid Buckeye fan throughout his life. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Mary; daughters, Pam and Marcia (Robert) Miesse; grandchildren, Mike Jones, Chris Jones, Craig (Gretchen) Stover, Shawn (Wendy) Jones, Amy (Chase) Linkous, Kim (Scott) Hoy and Jeff (Colleen) Miesse. He is additionally survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday and one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday with internment to follow at Union Cemetery.
