Always sorry to hear of the loss of a brother Police Officer.I retired a few years prior to Joseph joining the CPD. From what I read and hear he was an asset to the Dept. R.I.P.

My heart goes out to Joe's entire family. I am completely heart broken. I have know Joe for at least fifteeen years. He coached my son in sports and took him under his wing and for that I will be forever grateful. He was a wonderful guy and a very close friend of mine. He was taken from us way too soon. I Love You Joe and will miss you deeply. RIP my Friend.

I am very saddened to learn of Joe's passing. He was my son, Tim Webb's, very good friend, and I still remember them getting into boyish mischief in their teen years. Joe was a wonderful kid, always funny and happy. I knew his mother and graduated with her, then worked with her at the VA. May Our Lord comfort you and grant you peace as you grieve so great a loss.
