Julia Boardrow Obituary
2003 - 2020
Julia Boardrow, age 16, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020 at home. A student at Dublin Scioto High School and an inspring participant in the electronic dance music community as well as a teacher of love to all. "PLUR". Survived by her parents, Gini and Jim Boardrow; brothers and sisters, Jamie Mielke, Gabe McGlone, Darron McGlone and Parker McGlone. A Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Grace Orthodox Church, 5099 Postlewaite Rd., where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at Union Cemetery by the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME NORTHWEST CHAPEL.

I'm so sorry to hear about Julia's passing. I have so many fond memories of her from her preschool days in Dublin. She was always smiling and happy. She loved brightening everyone's day and had a beautiful laugh! Julia loved to look at books and be read too. She especially loved books about the ocean. We had so many fun days together. She will be missed!

We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet twice monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday and 2-4 PM on the fourth Sunday at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us. We need Not Walk Alone. We are The Compassionate Friends.
