WELCH Keith Allen Welch, age 51, passed away October 26, 2012 at home. Preceded in death by parents Cecil and Dorothy and brother Ralph. Survived by sisters, Pamela Ellison, Tabitha Clark, and Marlena Morgan; brothers, Cecil Welch Jr., Randall Welch, and Donald Fitzpatrick; his beloved companion, Billie Jo Dutton; loving children, Amy White, Bryan and Duahn Dutton, Krystin White, Michael Dutton, and many grandchildren. Private services for the family.

my father in law, such a great man with a great big heart. He gave and gave to anyone and everyone. He had a smile that would melt your heart and you could never say no to him. he will truly be missed. We love you.
