Kenneth Ledman Obituary

LEDMAN Kenneth B. "Sonny" Ledman, of Columbus, passed away on January 10, 2008, in Tucson, AZ. Born September 6, 1935, in Portsmouth, OH. He was Vice President of Setterlin Construction Co. prior to his retirement. Mr. Ledman is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 49 years, Carolyn "Kitten" Ledman; daughter, Tracy (Kyle) Peterson of Franklin, TN; son, Tim (Barbara Jo) Ledman of Franklin, TN; daughter, Ann (Geoff) Coon; granddaughters, Elizabeth and Sarah Peterson, Sophia, Cara and Madeline Ledman; grandsons, Jack, William and Lucas Coon; nephews, Scott (Sarah) Shepard and Steve (Barbara) Shepard. Preceded in death by parents Ken and Florence Ledman and sister Lois Shepard. Mr. Ledman was a member of Ohio Air National Guard, Columbus Rotary Club, The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Goodale Masonic Lodge #372, Scottish Rite Mason, Sigma Chi Fraternity and past member of many building and trade organizations prior to his retirement. While at Ohio State he was a member of the 1954 National Championship Football Team. Due to circumstances there will be a celebration of life memorial service to be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Alpha Gamma Sigma Chi Endowment Fund in c/o Alan Zink, 3070 Riverside Dr., Suite 115, Columbus, OH 43221, identify as Sonny Ledman account.
