Kenneth Scheidegger Obituary

SCHEIDEGGER Kenneth M. Scheidegger, age 81, of Heath. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at the Kirkersville Chapel of HENDERSON, VAN ATTA & JOHNSTON FUNERAL SERVICE with Jeff Gill officiating. Burial will follow in Union Evangelical Cemetery. Mr. Scheidegger died March 19, 2005 at Arlington Care Center. He was born September 13, 1923 in Baltimore, OH to the late William and Cleva F. (Wells) Scheidegger. Mr. Scheidegger was a farmer and a partner with his son Dale in a water well business. He served 31 months in the South Pacific with the U.S. Army during WW II. Surviving are his wife, Florence M. (Shaner) Scheidegger; daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley (Joe) Santo of Granville, Malvina (Walter) Jordan of Fredericktown, OH, Florence (James) Glover of Umatilla, OR; son and daughter-in-law, Dale (Sharon) Scheidegger of Hebron; six grandchildren, one great-grandson; brothers, Charles Scheidegger of Millersport, George Scheidegger of Lancaster; sister, Esther Leach of Pleasantville, OH; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2005 and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday, at the funeral home, 285 East Main St., Kirkersville, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Arthritis Foundation, 65 McMillen Dr., Apt. 606, Newark, OH 43055. An online guestbook and memorial is available at www.hvjfuneralservice.com
