I'm so sorry for the loss. I didn't know Larry except through flying. I'm a "fellow flier" and it always strikes me that the guys I see at fly-ins and share the air with....are so much more than that, with families and jobs and dreams.
It sounds like Larry left a lot of "good" behind. I guess that would be what we all hope for. My condolences. Mark Tolle, West Union, OH

My heart goes out to you and your boys. I just today realized that it was your husband who I had heard about in the news last week. I am so very sorry about your tragic loss. My heart aches for you! I knew Larry and his family when he went to Miami. What a great guy he was. My two daughters, Debbie and Diane, could not believe the news.

My grandparents, Lorene and Bud Kraft, lived across the street from the Ebersts for years. My mother, Connie (Kraft) Barker, and her sisters have many funny stories about growing up with the Eberst boys and have many pictures of you all together. And my father, Steve Barker, still talks about going flying with Larry once. My sympathies to you and your families at your loss.
