Lawrence Crabbe Obituary

CRABBE Lawrence E. Crabbe, age 79, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 08, 2006 at home. Lawrence was a Watchmaker and Jeweler for Argo & Lehne Jewelers and former owner of Grove City Jeweler. He also worked for General Motors. Veteran of U.S. Army and Navy. Lawrence enjoyed woodworking, trains and being a pilot. He formerly attended Alton Road Baptist Church. Preceded in death by daughter, Theresa Muncie and son, Jerry Crabbe. Survived by wife of 53 years, Kathryn Crabbe; children, David, Newton (Marilyn), Christopher, Michael, and Carol Crabbe; grandsons, Marvin Muncie III and Ryan Edwards; brothers, Neil (Deignese) and Oliver (Sharon) Crabbe; sisters, June Peterson and Deloris Hupp; many nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2006 at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St., where friends may call Sunday 2-4 p.m. Pastor Don Applegate officiating. Interment Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 793 W. State St., Columbus, OH. To email condolences visit www.schoedinger.com.
