Lorena A. Oliver

Oliver Lorena A. Oliver, age 79, passed away surrounded by family after a brief illness on June 27, 2017. She was born on July 3, 1937 to the late Chauncey and Grace Phillips of Gallipolis, OH. Lorena was a kind and gentle spirit; one of the gentlest women you could hope to meet. She loved her family and her flowers very much. Lorena felt closest to God in her garden. She is preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Tiffany A. Gallion. Lorena is survived by her husband of 59 loving years, Clinton; daughter, Connie (Steve) Murphy; sons, Clinton Jr. and Gary (Belinda) Oliver; granddaughters, Heather and Rachelle Oliver and Misty (Darren) Hitch; great-grandchildren, Peyton and Erin Hitch; and her furbaby, Amy; and many other dear friends and family. Friends may call at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 Main St., Groveport from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, where the funeral will be on Friday at 10:30 a.m. Interment Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
