Loretta Dotson Obituary

DOTSON Loretta June Dotson, age 77, loving mother and grandmother, passed away Monday, April 16, 2012 at her residence. Longtime member of Friendly Freewill Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband Ernest Dotson. Survived by children, Norma (Bill) Hoelcher, Randall (Joyce) Dotson, and Mary (David) Hill; grandchildren, Randy (Tammy) , Tim (Rose), and Heather Dotson, Ryan and Justin Krass, and Holly Hoelcher; great-grand-daughter, Brianna; brother, Bobby Stump; special nephew, Clinton (Brenda) Dotson; numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Friends may call Wednesday, April 18, from 5-8 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St. Funeral service will be held at Friendly Freewill Baptist Church, 2516 Rhoades Ave. in Columbus, on Thursday, April 19 at 11 a.m. Rev. Alan Wright officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.

Sis. Dotson, you were a wonderful sweet lady. I knew you many years and also Bro. Dotson. we had great times being in Church together. Now you are at peace with Jesus , loved ones and friends. I will miss you too.

June was one of the nicest, kindest women I have ever had the pleasure to know. Randall. Butter and Ernest would be in garage talking cars and Joyce and I would visit June. She always made you feel confortable. Surely Earth is missing one of God's angels.

We are so sad when we lose a loved one, June will be greatly missed. June was a soft spoken, gentle Mother,Wife, Aunt , Grandma . She was a very happy person . We will miss here but God wanted her home. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. Love Ya All.

Grandma, Word can't express how much I Love and Miss you! Thank you for being the GREATEST Grandma in the world. I'm so lucky to have been able to have a Wonderful grandma like you. And Bree was so lucky to have her great-grandma, Maw June. We Love you Maw!
